It was very inspiring to be in a room full of individuals who are just as passionate about their product as we are. I especially enjoyed chatting with Rossana, she is exploring integrating insects in food as part of the human diet. I really love this idea! Unfortunately I don't consume anything with eyes and couldn't taste her various flavoured mealworm popcorn but it looked good! Check out what she is up to at Mini Livestock!
