Blacked eyed peas
1 cup of black eyed peas aka cowpeas, lobia, and mulatto-gelato. Trying to consume more beans for a source of protein and iron. Have no idea how to prepare them so I just boiled them with some Alaea salt (from Hawaii), drained them and sprinkled olive oil.
