LAB: Masala Chai Macaroon
Finally had some time to play in the LAB. We developed our first test of a chai macaroon, it's really important for us to capture the essence and authentic taste of India and not "Americanize" the flavor...we came close. Need to tweak a couple of things. Coming to our etsy shop soon!
